Consent to share photos
Participants are advised that photographs and video recordings may be taken during our events. By participating and entering our social event venues, you consent to the publication, release, exhibition and reproduction of such materials to be used by SRMLB-KBGGG.
If you do not wish to appear in photographs or video recordings, please notify the organisers in advance by emailing the general email address. We kindly ask that you also identify yourself at the registration desk upon arrival, where you will be provided with a distinctive lanyard to help event staff and photographers recognise your preference.
