Forensic Scientific Afternoon 2026
A leading scientific meeting in forensic medical sciences in Belgium
The KBGGG/SRMBL - Forensic Scientific Afternoon 2026 is a scientific event intended for professionals active in forensic medical, judicial, and forensic sciences.
This annual meeting aims to promote sharing knowledge, interdisciplinary dialogue, and professional exchange in a context where scientific, legal, and ethical challenges are rapidly evolving.
This event is organized by the Royal Belgian Society of Legal Medicine (KBGGG/SRMLB) and combines a scientific afternoon session with a networking walking dinner, bringing together Belgian and international experts.
The presentations will take place in English.

Scientific Afternoon
The Scientific Afternoon will focus on current challenges and emerging topics in forensic medicine and forensic sciences, with particular attention to ethics, judicial expertise and the interaction between science and justice.
